Welcome to the premier Oktoberfest in Dallas. This family friendly event brings thousands of people across Dallas - Fort Worth for the good food, good beer and good times. This year's annual event, to be held October 24, 2026 at Flag Pole Hill, just north of White Rock Lake, will feature some of the best local bands, plenty of fun for the kids, and delicious restaurant offerings from brats to ice cream.

We have Drew Cooper opening on the main stage followed by George Dunham and the Bird Dogs. Headlining our event is the iconic Pat Green.

Come out and enjoy some of the best bites and brews Dallas has to offer. We'll have e everything from Brats to Pizza and Hefeweizen to Kolsch. Our goal is to have something for everyone of any age.

FESTIVAL HALL

Join us in Festival Hall where we will have shaded seating for you to enjoy local craft beers from OHB, TVs for viewing the big game(s), food, and live music leading up to the big acts.

PAT GREEN

Pat Green, born in San Antonio, Texas, is a celebrated figure in Texas country music known for blending traditional and modern sounds. He began performing in local bars while at Texas Tech University, gaining attention for his authentic storytelling. His 1995 debut Dancehall Dreamer launched a career spanning over two decades, highlighted by albums like Three Days and the gold-certified Wave on Wave, which earned national recognition and three Grammy nominations. With over 2 million albums sold, 200 million streams, and 13 #1 hits on Texas radio, Green’s music reflects deep Texas pride. Collaborations with artists like Lyle Lovett and Willie Nelson, along with major performances such as selling out the Houston Astrodome, have cemented his legacy in Texas music.

Pat Green continues to build on his legendary career with the release of new music, including “Elvis in Memphis” and “Two Hands” featuring Corey Kent—songs that highlight storytelling, resilience, and lasting impact. As he tours across the U.S., Green remains dedicated to connecting with fans while also giving back through the Pat Green Foundation, supporting music education and championing underdog charities. His influence both on and off the stage solidifies his legacy as a true Texas icon.

George Dunham and the Bird Dogs

Since their first gig together in 2008, the Bird Dogs have steadily entrenched in the Texas country music scene, sharing the stage with some of the biggest names in the business. Their music delivers a powerful blend of Texas-country, gritty rock and three-part harmonies, with songs that reflect family, love, loss, and hope for the future. Best known as co-host of the Morning Musers on KTCK The Ticket, George Dunham has always had music in his life. Through The Bird Dogs, George has found an outlet for his songwriting with an ensemble that brings reverberating life to his words and music. With Steve Porcari on electric guitar, Travis Behl on bass, Bryant "Pablo" Russell on drums and Craig McDaniel on vocals and rhythm guitar, this line-up consistently delivers exciting live performances to enthusiastic audiences locally and around Texas. The Bird Dogs have played festivals and fundraisers with Randy Rogers, Wade Bowen, Cory Morrow, Prophets & Outlaws, Kacey Musgraves, Lee Ann Womack, Kevin Deal, Spur 503, The Tejas Brothers and Jason Boland, among others. They can be heard on KHYI 95.3 The Range, KFWR 95.9 The Ranch, and KXT 91.7. Their annual live music event, JubJam, is critically acclaimed and has raised thousands of dollars for local charities. 

Drew Cooper

Anyone who has witnessed a performance from Drew Cooper can testify to that sentiment, to experiencing a stirring of the soul kind of sensation as the music washes over.  The husky, soul soaked baritone of his voice is no doubt the very foundation his entire sound is built on.  It’s a well-worn timbre that in one moment haunts you with the Teddy Pendergrass-esque stylings of old Motown, and the next moment you’re  bobbing your head up and down in that involuntary way that only pure rock n roll can invoke. That rock spice is always going to be part of the meal with Cooper having grown up in the Midwest where classic rock dictated pretty music everything, but you are also going to taste a hint of country and, sometimes, the gospel influence of his youth.  It’s hard to know what to call this hodge-podge stew of savory sounds, but Cooper serves it up this way. “Americana is the easiest way to explain it, but that’s a blanket statement for those that have their own sound.  Am I rock?  No.  Am I country?  No.  I just sing it and play it how I feel it.”

Saturday, October 24, 2026. The festival begins at 10:00AM and runs until roughly 10:00PM.

Who is behind the Oktoberfest Dallas?
Oktoberfest Dallas is an annual event presented by the volunteers from the Exchange Club of Lake Highlands a 501(c)(3) organization. For more information about the Exchange Club of Lake Highlands, please visit www.eclh.org. 

Who does this benefit?
This is a non-profit event benefiting graduating seniors (via scholarships) and other non-profits (through community grants).

Where is Oktoberfest Dallas located?
Oktoberfest Dallas is an annual event and will take place at Flag Pole Hill Park near White Rock Lake; 8100 Doran Circle, Dallas, Texas 75238.

How much is admission at Oktoberfest Dallas?
* Adult entry fee is $30 per person before 6pm ($35 after 6pm).
* Kids ages 4-17 are $15 all-day.
* Kids under 4 get in for free all-day.

How do I purchase food, beer and other items at Oktoberfest Dallas?
Vendors will accept tickets sold at Oktoberfest Dallas ticket stands ($1 = 1 ticket). Tickets may be purchased with cash or credit/debit card (transation fee applies).

How much are food and drinks at Oktoberfest Dallas?
* Beer and wine are $8 each.
* Water is $3.
* Soda is $4.
* Food ranges from $3-$15 typically.

Can I bring outside food/beverage to Oktoberfest Dallas? 
No outside food or beverage is permitted.

What about pre-sales at Oktoberfest Dallas?
Avoid the lines and save 10% on tickets:
* $45 = 50 tickets
* $90 = 100 tickets
Also save on entry fees:
* Adult all-day wrist bands are discounted to $25 each.
* Kids 4-17 all-day wrist bands are discounted to $12.50 each.

Where do I pick up pre-sales items for Oktoberfest Dallas?
Items purchased online can be picked up at our will-call ticket booth which is at the main entrance (top of the hill) anytime during the event.

Can I bring a blanket or lawn chair to Oktoberfest Dallas?
Yes. Feel free to bring a blanket or lawn chair to relax while enjoying a cold beverage and watching the entertainment.

Can I bring my dog, cat, ferret or any other animal at Oktoberfest Dallas?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed unless they are service animals with proper documentation.

Are bikes allowed in the park?
During the event we will not allow bikes through the gates. You are welcome to park them outside the fence but we cannot allow you to ride them on Doran Circle for safety reasons.

Is Oktoberfest Dallas a kid-friendly event?
YES! Oktoberfest Dallas has plenty of activities geared for the young ones (and the young-at-heart), including a special Kid Zone area (free with entree fee) with all sorts of fun games and activities.

What are the Kid Zone hours at Oktoberfest Dallas?
The Kid Zone area opens at 10:00AM and closes at 6:00PM.

Can I get a refund for purchases or unused tickets at Oktoberfest Dallas?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue refunds for purchases or unused tickets purchased during the event; rain or shine.

On Saturday, we will have parking available at Norbuck Park, KayCee Club, and Lake Highlands High School with shuttles running all day to get you to and from the fun.
