Who is behind the Oktoberfest Dallas?
Oktoberfest Dallas is an annual event presented by the volunteers from the Exchange Club of Lake Highlands. For more information about the Exchange Club of Lake Highlands, please visit www.lhexchangeclub.org.
Can I bring my dog, cat, ferret or any other animal?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed unless they are service animals with proper documentation.
Can I bring outside food/beverage?
No outside food or beverage is permitted.
How much is admission?
* Adult entry fee is $25 per person all-day.
* Kids ages 4-17 are $12 all-day.
* Kids under 4 get in for free all-day.
What about pre-sales?
Avoid the lines and save 10% on tickets:
* $45 = 50 tickets
* $90 = 100 tickets
Also save on entry fees:
* Adult all-day wrist bands are discounted to $20 each.
* Kids 4-17 all-day wrist bands are also discounted to $10 each.
Pre-sales store closes at 5pm Friday, September 29, 2023.
Where do I pick up pre-sales items?
Items purchased online can be picked up at our will-call ticket booth which is at the main entrance (top of the hill) anytime during the event.
Can I get a refund for unused pre-sales purchases?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue refunds for any pre-sale items; rain or shine.
Where is Oktoberfest Dallas located?
Oktoberfest Dallas is an annual event and will take place at Flag Pole Hill Park near White Rock Lake; 8100 Doran Circle, Dallas, Texas 75238.
How do I purchase food, beer and other items at Oktoberfest Dallas?
Vendors will accept tickets sold at Oktoberfest Dallas ticket stands ($1 = 1 ticket). Tickets may be purchased with cash or credit card.
Can I bring a blanket or lawn chair to Oktoberfest Dallas?
Yes. Feel free to bring a blanket or lawn chair to relax while enjoying a cold beverage and watching the entertainment.
When will Oktoberfest Dallas take place?
Saturday, September 30, 2023. The festival begins at 10:00AM and runs until roughly 10:00PM.
How much are food and drinks?
* Beer and wine are $8 each.
* Water is $3 (refillable).
* Soda is $4.
* Food ranges from $3-$15 typically.
Is this a kid-friendly event?
YES! Oktoberfest Dallas has plenty of activities geared for the young ones (and the young-at-heart), including a special Kid Zone area (free with admission) with all sorts of fun games and activities.
What are the Kid Zone hours?
The Kid Zone area opens at 10:00AM and closes at 5:00PM.
Are COVID protocols still in place?
Each year after we try to space out our food court area to avoid congestion. We also have additional hand washing stations throughout the venue. Feel free to wear a mask if you choose.
PARKING TIPS
On Saturday, we will have parking available at Norbuck Park, KayCee Club, and Lake Highlands High School with shuttles running all day to get you to and from the fun.
For Uber or Lyft, have them drop you off at the Park & Recreation Department building located at 8007 Northwest Hwy., Dallas, TX 75238.
